The wine

The Nebbiolo d'Alba is obtained from the homonymous grape variety, from grapes from the left of the Tanaro river. It has a small scent reminiscent of purple. Coming from the vine of Nebbiolo, it presents itself with a more or less loaded ruby red color that tends, aging, to the grenade, with a delicate scent reminiscent of purple. Dry flavor, alive, very fruity as a young man; Soft and velvety after maturation in the bottle, minimum alcoholic gradation12% vol. The wine is perfected with a moderate aging (minimum one year). It recommends it to keep it in the above bottle, it requires premises not illuminated to protect by temperature changes.

Combinations and service

compilWe advise you to fantasize with combinations that range between roast and irons, mixed fries, fondue and why not! medium seasoning cheeses. Keep me in a cool place sheltered from light and heat sources. The best temperatures to bring an excellent red to the table oscillate between 14 degrees for younger and new wines, up to 20 degrees for the most aged and structured wines. This wine glass is suitable for medium body reds, to which it adapts with a long and wide shape in order to allow oxygenation and enhance its perfume.arequi

The cellar

Once upon a time there were four brothers: Leone, Giovanni Battista, Costantino and Giuseppe, who moved from Costiglio d’Asti to Neive, to the heart of the Langhe at the end of the 19th century, to work as a sharecropper. Common roots, but a different destiny: Leone died in a hunting accident, while Giovanni Battista, after his studies in the seminary, became parish priest of Caramagna. Costantino enlisted in the Carabinieri weapon, leaving a mark in the world thanks to his son Dante, who went down in history as the inventor of the Fiat Cinquecento. Finally, Giuseppe cultivated the dream that had always lived his heart: to be able to have a cellar in which to produce the wine of the hills where he was born.
