Combinations and service

We advise you to fantasize with combinations that range between roast and irons, mixed fries, fondue and why not! medium seasoning cheeses. Keep me in a cool place sheltered from light and heat sources. The best temperatures to bring an excellent red to the table oscillate between 14 degrees for younger and new wines, up to 20 degrees for the most aged and structured wines. This wine glass is suitable for medium body reds, to which it adapts with a long and wide shape in order to allow oxygenation and enhance its perfume.

We produce D.O.C. and I.G.T. of Emilia Romagna: Sangiovese, Pignoletto, Trebbiano, Lambrusco, Cagnina, Albana, Pagadebit. With attention to organic, respect for the environment, cure for quality. The Galassi vineyards line was born with the aim of making the typical wines of Romagna enology known and appreciated. New identity. The new visual identity of our wines is also mirrored into history. It is inspired by the mosaic ""The triumph of Dionysus"", dating back to the third century AD. It is kept at the Archaeological Museum of Sarsina, a symbol of Romagna and Italian culture. The mosaic, dating back to the third century.
