Tuscan traditional wine, by the vines of Sangiovese and other red berry grapes provided for by the Disciplinary of Chianti Arenini DOCG.

Luminous ruby ​​red color, in the nose hints of cherry, small red berry berries and spices such as vanilla, cinnamon and black pepper, perfect correspondence to the palate, agile sip, fresh and fruity.

The best temperatures to bring an excellent red to the table oscillate between 14 degrees for younger and new wines, up to 20 degrees for the most aged and structured wines.

This wine glass is suitable for medium body reds, to which it adapts with a long and wide shape in order to allow oxygenation and enhance its perfume.

The cellar

Tenuta La Pieve, owned by the Petracchi family since 1972, currently represents one of the great Tuscan wine realities. It extends over a property of 300 hectares with a vineyard park of 68 hectares completely specialized and rationally renewed over the years.

Tenuta La Pieve, immersed in the suggestive landscape of a small valley located on the border of Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra, extends over an area of ​​almost 300 hectares in an almost central position with respect to the historic cities of Florence, Siena, and Arezzo. The original nucleus dates back to the thirteenth century and was erected within an agglomeration of buildings called ""Castello della Pieve"", as already mentioned and reported in the cartographies of the ""partisans of the party"" when ser refreshment, progenitor of that family that will take the Name of ""Serristori"" obtained the prerogative as a level of poderi with vineyards and olive trees owned by the diocese of Badia Agnano.
