Description

Moreschina is the multigrain flour with linseed, millet, barley and oat flakes and with vital wheat germ used by the best bakers, pizza chefs and pastry chefs. It gives the products the authentic taste of cereals and wheat.

Stone ground vital wheat germ. An exclusive and patented process by Molino Vigevano for the extraction of the vital wheat germ oil. Cold pressing and slow stone grinding allow the wheat germ to keep all its nutritional properties intact. Combined with flour it gives a unique and extraordinarily rich taste. In addition, the vital wheat germ is rich in: Vitamin E and group B. Mineral salts. Essential fatty acids (omega 3)

The origin of the raw material. Our grains are 100% Italian, they come from the most uncontaminated areas of our country. In Moreschina flour, in addition to soft wheat, you can find other cereals and whole seeds, such as: soy, corn, rye, oats, barley, sesame, flax and millet seeds. Moreschina flour is not very refined and has a W 270; it can absorb up to 75% of water.
