Carnaroli is considered the king of Italian rice and one of the best in the world. It is the ideal variety for the preparation of risotto, a typically Italian dish. It has a large grain with a perfect cooking resistance, which keeps the heart al dente and releases the starch in order to make the risotto creamy for an always perfect result.
