Flours are not all the same. Molino Vigevano has been creating natural flours for specific use for the professional world since 1936, today in the new headquarters in Torre d'Isola (PV) it also offers consumers guaranteed and Wellness-oriented products. We use 100% Italian grains, certified and tracked from organic farming. The flours are not very refined to guarantee you the right amount of fibers and minerals and to give you more flavor.
Stone ground vital wheat germ. The exclusive and patented process by Molino Vigevano for the extraction of oil from wheat germ: thanks to the cold pressing and slow stone grinding, combined with the flour, the wheat germ, gives a unique and extraordinarily rich taste. Furthermore, the vital wheat germ is rich in: Vitamin E and Group B, Mineral Salts, Natural Antioxidants.
W: The criterion for choosing the perfect flour
The W indicates the strength of a flour, i.e. the amount of water it can absorb and the leavening time required to become a nutritious and digestible product. The Little Refined Organic Flour for crispy pizza has a strength equal to W 220-250. It guarantees results already in short leavening (from 2 to 3 hours) at room temperature.
