The brand

Angelo Motta in 1919 founded his artisan pastry in Milan, his method of natural leavening and a revolutionary dough makes sure that in a short time he becomes the best -selling panettone. In 1925 Motta opens its shop for the sale of the products and from here the artisan company becomes a more intensive production. In 1934 the company logo was created, a capital M who recalls the spiers of the Duomo and combines motta with the city of Milan. Motta continues to churn out products that will become myths for future generations. In those years the first ice cream was born on an industrial sticker, Mottarello and in 1954 it is the turn of the first snack, the famous Buonì Motta.
