To make Galatine, we start with fresh Italian milk: once the water is removed, a soft milk powder is obtained, which becomes the basis of our recipe. We add low-fat European yogurt and honey to the powdered milk.

Thus was born the famous and original milk tablet, a guarantee of taste and quality for over 60 years.

The classic and inimitable Galatine milk bar, born in 1956. The goodness is always the same thanks to a simple and delicious recipe with 100% Italian and gluten-free milk.
