The brand

Rummo is an Italian historical brand, was born in Benevento in the distant 1846 from Antonio Rummo. In his mill he produced fresh pasta with preventive durum wheat semolina from the fields of a nearby country.

The Rummo pasta factory over the age of 177 has developed several production locations bringing from Benevento its traditions in new plants near Novara and Milan and specializing one of its factories for the production of pasta for celiacs.
