Destination: United States, a nation with infinite opportunities. Landing in Chicago, however, he finds a different way of life from what he had left in Italy. Over time, the memory of the warmth of the family, conviviality, traditions in the kitchen and genuine flavors begins to emerge in him. One of all is the polenta, the typical dish of its region. Rethinking with the Paiolo who mixes the rain of yellow and soft flour of corn, sifted by expert hands, he comes the desire to replicate polenta, resetting the thrill of that simple and home taste. Finding the time needed to cook it during the frenetic American days, however, is not easy. Thanks to his Italian genius, he invents a way to shorten the preparation times. From the union of his knowledge linked to the local culinary tradition with the lifestyle of the United States, the idea of ​​the steam cooked polenta was born, to be ready in a few minutes and preserve the same consistency, without alternating goodness and perfume.
