How to use: For an excellent hot infusion use a filter for each cup (200 ml), add boiling water without pouring it directly on the filter. Leave to infuse for about 3-5 minutes and sweeten to taste, preferably with honey. It is advisable to take the infusion whenever you feel the need. Try it cold too, it preserves its beneficial properties.
