The Passata di Giornata has an unmistakable aroma and flavor of fresh tomato, this is because it does not undergo any process of concentration, but takes on consistency thanks to the sole "draining" of the water contained in the tomato, thus preserving all the fragrance of the freshly picked tomato.

Valfrutta tomatoes come from our fields, in Veneto, Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Lazio and Umbria where the climatic and environmental conditions are optimal. Cultivated with integrated production to reduce the environmental impact, because we believe that working responsibly and offering excellent products is the most important thing.
