Stevia is a small herbaceous shrubby plant native to South America: from the infusion of its leaves in water, the most valuable part is released which is subsequently purified to obtain a product with an excellent sweetening power but free of calories. 500g of Tropical & Eridania stevia give the same sweetness of 1 kg of cane sugar. Naturally gluten-free and suitable for a vegan diet.
