The apple hearts are caskets of fragrant shortcrust pastry stuffed with 100% Italian apple jam embellished with cubes collected exclusively in Emilia Romagna. Among the typical local varieties, we use the best quality for our recipe such as Mele Golden, Gala, Fuji and Emperor.

In 1975 the first packs of Mulino Bianco brand biscuits were born, which immediately hit consumers thanks to the goodness and naturalness of the product given by the authenticity of the same raw materials.

Thanks to the advertising and trust of customers, it manages to grow more and more and obtain approvals for all ages, also arriving to produce snacks for the little ones with gadgets of all kinds inside. To date, a brand known and loved by everyone remains, also remembered by the famous slogans on TV since the 80s.
